The nationally recognized and regionally revered Charlotte-based restaurant brand has made the buy-one, get-one free deal an annual tradition while also honoring veterans year-round with its Freedom Burger, a daily go-to on its always-being-revitalized menu.

Through its partnership with The Independence Fund, which receives $1 from every purchase of its Freedom Burger, Hickory Tavern has donated more than $240,000 to assist veterans and their families and that figure grows every day.

Dine-in only, limit of one free meal per U.S military service member. Proof of military service is required. No cash value. Beverage, tax and gratuity not included.
